Ernest "Mr. MUTCD" Huckaby presents a seminar on Retroreflectivity

Ernest Huckaby presents a seminar on the basics of retroreflectivity as well as research and rule making on signs and pavement markings.

Mr. Huckaby is the President of MUTCD Consultant Services. He is a member of ATSSA, several Transportation Research Board (TRB) committees and on the National Committee on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (NCUTD). He was an FHWA employee for 35 years and responsible for the FHWA's MUTCD team. The team was responsible for compiling and editing major revisions of the MUTCD (Millennium (2000) and 2003 editions).
His company provides consultant services to assist in coordination manufactures thru traffic control devices experimental and approval processes. The also provide suggestions for new product development and information on the future direction of traffic control devices and concepts including ADA requirements. In addition he provides services to Federal, State and local transportation agencies. He provides services to understanding the MUTCD process as well as MUTCD training.
